MyBible helps you study, explore, and read the Bible, always having it with you without requiring an Internet connection. Bible translations are available in more than three hundred languages, including original texts and ancient translations in Ancient Greek, Biblical Hebrew, and Aramaic, as well as biblical and explanatory dictionaries and commentaries.

FEATURES:

. Bible text display settings: viewing all chapters of a book (not just one chapter at a time), grouping verses into paragraphs, headings, displaying verses with or without numbering, highlighting the words of Jesus, night mode.

. Two or three Bible windows with different translations; the windows are automatically synchronized to the current position but can also operate independently.

. Fast search within the Bible text.

. Working with the Bible text: convenient paging and scrolling, categorized bookmarks, comparison of selected verses across different translations.

. Built-in information on differences between chapter numbering traditions in the books of Psalms, Job, and Song of Songs (Masoretic tradition and the Septuagint tradition). This feature is currently available only for selected translations and enables correct parallel reading.

. Auxiliary tools that can be displayed within the Bible text: cross-references, links to commentaries, Strong’s numbers.

. Display of dictionary entries by double-tapping a word in the Bible text. Dictionary word search.

. Strong’s numbers and Strong’s Lexicon: activated by double-tapping a word or a Strong’s number; searching by Strong’s number can replace a printed concordance.

. Display of commentaries.

. Copying selected verses and verses found through search.

BIBLE TRANSLATIONS AND OTHER MODULES:

MyBible provides Bible translations and dictionaries that are not protected by copyright (public domain), collected from various sources and converted into the MyBible format.

– Avoided an initial white flash when opening dictionaries and comments. 3.1.1 Jan 9 - Fixed loading of modules on devices in Ukraine.
- Fixed opening of certain modules (e.g., GYZ).
- Added missing Ukrainian localization elements.
- Added a cross-reference toggle to the main settings.
- Fixed the position of the text field on the Bookmarks screen.

⁃ To the list of hardcoded MyBible registry servers added an existing server that was missing there.
⁃ Fixed the Modules window appearance when a filter is applied: filtered out modules and groups no longer occupy any room.
⁃ Fixed the “My” (already downloaded) filter in the Modules window (it didn’t work before).

2) Prevented app crashes when trying to use modules that do not quite match the MyBible modules format spec.

3) Settings of showing Strong’s numbers are being applied immediately now - there is no longer a need to reload the app or to hide Strong's numbers and show them again to apply the changed settings. 3.0.5 09/03/2022 – Prevented the app crash on scrolling when reaching a verse having two spaces in a row in it.
– Prevented cutting out of the last line of a verse when a certain text scale is used and there is a preceding commentary link on that verse.
– Prevented disappearance of the "Show..." menu on a Mac on any cursor movement. Note that you can freely install MyBible for iOS from App Store on a Mac with an ARM processor (the M series, by Apple).
– Corrected the screen real estate usage by MyBible user interface elements, so that they not get under "the brow" or under the iOS system control bar. 3.0.4 06/30/2022 - Prevented crashes while accessing some dictionary and commentary modules. (The already existed code problems started to manifest themselves after the switch to up-to-date development tools; these defects have slipped through due to an insufficient pre-release testing of the version 3.0.2; we are enhancing the pre-release testing process now).
- Updated built-in addresses of the Modules Repository servers, to point only to the currently functional servers - to enhance the modules downloading performance. 3.0.3 06/23/2022 Updated compatibility with the latest Apple requirements to avoid the app removal by Apple from App Store.
